美国犹他州一名男子克里斯·塞维尔日前向美国第十巡回上诉法院递交了一纸长达50页的诉状，在诉状中他控诉犹他州政府部门对于他要和其苹果笔记本电脑结婚的请求不予批准，认为这属于歧视行为。克里斯·塞维尔在诉状中称，自己和“电脑配偶”的感情和那些同性恋情侣无异。
